Privacy notice
This notice explains how OS Offices Ltd ("we", "us") uses personal information collected through treatmentroom.uk. We are the controller of that information.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you book or enquire: your name, email address, phone number, the room and times you book, and any message you send.
- Your confirmations that you hold the right insurance and qualifications, and any evidence of these you send us.
- Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information from your visit, such as your browser and the pages you view, kept in our hosting provider's logs.
How we use it
- To take, confirm and manage your bookings and enquiries, and to contact you about them. This is needed to provide the service you asked for.
- To take payment and keep financial records, which the law requires.
- To let reception and building security know who to expect.
- To protect our buildings, staff and other users, and to deal with any claims. These are our legitimate interests.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the service, such as our booking system, payment provider, website host and email provider, and with the management of the building you book. They may only use it to provide their service to us. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for six years for accounting and legal reasons. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it in certain ways. To do this, email offices@our-space.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking and payment pages, when online booking is switched on, may set cookies that are needed for them to work.
